Learn about the family behind Locha's Mexican Restaurant. Originally from the Northern region of the state of Oaxaca, Mexico, our family has been a part of the Fortuna community for many decades now. In November 2021, we opened Locha’s Mexican Restaurant in tribute to our legendary Mother and Grandmother. Her name was Eloisa, best known by Locha. We owe her and her mother for teaching us the love for cooking. We are thrilled to honor our ancestors and teach the generations to come the common love we share!
